PAR Louisiana, the private, nonprofit research organization, has released their Guide to the 2023 Amendments. The document covers the potential impact of eight constitutional amendments the public will consider on the Oct. 14 and Nov. 18 ballots. This nonpartisan, educational review helps you understand the issues and proposed changes so you can develop your own positions on each proposition.

Additionally, PAR Louisiana will be hosting a webinar “The PAR Perspective: 2023 Constitutional Amendments Explained” on Wednesday, October 4th at 12:00 PM, to take a deep-dive into the amendments on the ballots.
