'Louisiana Residential Agreement to Buy or Sell' mandated state form translated reference coming soon!

Disclosure: Louisiana REALTORS® is providing the Spanish-language versions of the above-mentioned forms, including a current (2025) version of the Louisiana Residential Agreement to Buy or Sell (the “Mandatory Form”) mandated by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission (“LREC”) as a convenience to the members of Louisiana REALTORS® in order to better assist and guide Spanish-speaking consumers and clients. These forms have been translated from English to Spanish by a qualified translator engaged by Louisiana REALTORS®, but Louisiana REALTORS® makes no warranty or representation that such translation is correct and accurate in all respects or error-free. The Mandatory Form is published in English by the LREC -language form and must be completed in English. These forms do not serve as a substitute for any state-mandated real estate form. The LREC has not approved or adopted this translated version of the Mandatory Form. Accordingly, the LREC does not require real estate licensees to use this translated version of the Mandatory Form and use of such translated version of the Mandatory Form shall not satisfy any legal requirements to use the Mandatory Form.
