These specialty Louisiana REALTORS® license plates are the perfect way to identify and promote your REALTOR® status across the markets in which you serve. Furthermore, your purchase of this plate will help strengthen the REALTOR® family. All proceeds will go toward the Louisiana REALTORS® Disaster Relief Fund to help those who have been impacted by natural disasters.

You will need to bring your driver's license, NAR membership card and proof of insurance with you if you are applying for a plate in person.
Fees Involved
There are three categories of fees that a REALTOR® will be charged to obtain this license plate:
Only REALTOR® members and affiliates in good standing are entitled to apply for and receive a plate. You can verify this by providing OMV proof of your NRDS number by presenting your NAR membership card. If you do not know your NRDS number, you can look it up here.
No, OMV will only issue the plate to a vehicle registered in the name of a REALTOR®. However, OMV will issue the plate to a vehicle jointly registered to two people if one of the registered owners is a REALTOR®. If the REALTORS’ name does not appear on the registration, OMV will not issue the plate to be put on the vehicle.
Only if the REALTORS’ name is listed on the registration along with the LLC, corporation, etc. If the REALTORS’ name does not appear on the registration in addition to the corporation, LLC’s or other business entity’s name, OMV will not issue the plate to be put on the vehicle.
Unfortunately, no, unless you were previously placed on the Reserved Plate List. Otherwise, it is all part of a pool.
A handicapped notation is not available for these plates, but you can still use a handicapped hang tag instead.
