Melanie McLane 

Melanie McLane is a practicing appraiser, broker and educator. An active broker, appraiser, and instructor, she does what she teaches. She is a graduate of Kenyon College, and holds several designations. She’s a REBAC Hall of Fame Instructor and lives and works in Central Pennsylvania. In 2018, she was named “REALTOR® Of the Year” by the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®.

Mark Mansour

Mark is the WV, OH, KY & PA Broker of Old Colony Company and has over 200 REALTORS in 8 locations throughout the state of WV, OH, KY & PA.  Mark has been a REALTOR since 1999.


Mark was the 2007 President of the Huntington Board of REALTORS (HBOR) WV and served on and chaired most committees at the local level, notably the New Member Orientation & Ethics Training, Membership, Bylaws, Legislative Committees and MLS. He has served as an HBOR Board of Director for 18 years. He is now serving as the HBOR BOD Advisor and has done so for 3 years. 

Mark has served on the Kanawha Valley Board of REALTORS (KVBR) WV MLS committee as a vice-chair and chair and served on the KVBR BOD.  Mark sits on the North Central WV MLS BOD in 2023-2024-2025.


Mark was West Virginia Association of REALTOR’S® President in 2012. Mark was the 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2021 West Virginia Association of REALTOR’S® Treasurer.

Mark has been on the State Board of Director for WVAR for 17 years.  Mark has been Chair of the Professional Standards & Grievance, Education, Finance and Convention Committees.  He has also served as WVAR Federal Political Coordinator for Congressman Nick Joe Rahall from 2006-2014 and Congressman Evan Jenkins from 2014-2018. Mark was the WVAR NAR Director from 2016 until 2023. 


In 2006, Mark was named “REALTOR of the Year” for the Huntington Board of REALTORS.  In 2012, Mark was named “REALTOR of the Year” for WVAR.


Mark served as the Regional Vice President, RVP, for region 3 for the National Association of REALTORS in 2018. He presided over West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia and Delaware with over 75,000 REALTORS.


Mark Has served on many National Association of REALTORS (NAR) committees including Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Professional Standards, RPIC, NAR Broker Involvement Committee, Risk Management, RPMIC Committee, Professional Standards Interpretations & Procedures Advisory Board and Credentials and Campaign Committee.  Mark was Vice-Chair and Chair of NAR Professional Standards committee in 2020 & 2021. Mark was the 2022 Chair of NAR Professional Standards Interpretations & Procedures Advisory Board and was an Advisory Member from 2019-2023. He is currently on the Risk Management Committee.


Mark also instructs New Member Orientation, Short Sale and Foreclosure, License Law, Risk Management, Agency, Fair Housing, Antitrust, Diversity, Ethics in Real Estate & Professional Standards and NAR triennial Code of Ethics.  He has taught classes throughout the States of WV, VA, DE, OH and LA. Mark has instructed, in class, over 12,000 REALTORS®.

Michelle Doherty 

Michelle’s passion for real estate began early, working alongside her Nana in interior design and helping decorate model homes across Northern Virginia. A graduate of Christopher Newport University in 2011, she explored real estate shortly after and earned her license in 2015 after five years with a top team. Since then, Michelle has helped sell hundreds of homes throughout the DC Metro area, including over $45 million in sales in 2024 alone. She has built a reputation for her dedication and market expertise. In 2019, she was recognized as a REALTOR® Magazine 30 Under 30 honoree. She continues to be an active leader in the industry, serving on the Virginia REALTORS® Board of Directors and graduating from the NAR Leadership Academy in 2022, Chair of NAR’s Young Professionals Network (YPN) in 2024 and currently serving as Vice Chair of NAR Professional Standards Forum for 2025. When she’s not helping clients navigate home buying and selling, Michelle enjoys time with her daughter, Izzy, her husband, Alex, and their dog & cat, Riley and Honey.

Kevin Sears

Kevin Sears (AHWD, C2EX), a REALTOR® from Springfield, Mass., is 2025 President of the National Association of REALTORS®. He is a Broker-Associate with Lamacchia Realty, and he specializes in single-family brokerage and property management.


Kevin has served NAR in numerous capacities, including as NAR President in 2024, a President’s Liaison in 2019, as Vice President of Government Affairs in 2017, as Regional Vice President for Region 1 in 2016, and on several committees. He has been an RPAC Major Investor since 2004, a “Golden R” investor, and a member of the President’s Circle since 2007. He has twice been inducted into NAR’s RPAC Hall of Fame. He also served as the long-time Federal Political Coordinator to Bay State Congressman Richard Neal (D-Springfield).


At the state level, Kevin served as 2010 Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® President, was awarded REALTOR® of the Year in 2006, and received the Milton H. Shaw Distinguished Service Award in 2015.


He was 2005 President of the REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley (Mass.), which named him REALTOR® of the Year in 2006.


Two Massachusetts governors have appointed him Chairman of the Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons, the state’s real estate commission, in 2016 and 2011 respectively.


In his community, Kevin has been involved with the Rental Housing Association of Greater Springfield, the Forest Park Civic Association, the Springfield Rotary Club, and the Cathedral High School Board of Trustees, among others.


He received a B.A. in history from Providence College and earned his MBA from Western New England University.
