Candidates for President-Elect and Secretary-Treasurer are required to meet the following criteria as of January 1, 2025:
- A REALTOR® in good standing for the past 5 years
- In the past 6 years, served on or as one of the following Louisiana REALTORS® bodies:
- Strategic Planning Team
- Finance Team
- Executive Committee
- or Regional Vice President
- Actively served on at least two Louisiana REALTORS® workgroups/teams/taskforces or the Louisiana REALTORS® Political Action Committee during the past six years with attendance verified
- Served on the Louisiana REALTORS® Board of Directors for 2 years in the past 6 years.
