Candidates for President-Elect and Secretary-Treasurer are required to meet the following criteria as of January 1, 2025:

1. A REALTOR^® in good standing for the past 5 years
2. In the past 6 years, served on or as one of the following Louisiana REALTORS® bodies:
3. Strategic Planning Team
4. Finance Team
5. Executive Committee
6. or Regional Vice President
7. Actively served on at least two Louisiana REALTORS^® workgroups/teams/taskforces or the Louisiana REALTORS^® Political Action Committee during the past six years with attendance verified
8. Served on the Louisiana REALTORS^® Board of Directors for 2 years in the past 6 years.
