REALTOR ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP DUES
The REALTOR® organization exists in a united three-way agreement where by membership is at the local, state and national level. This structure makes the organization the largest business trade association and strengthens its effectiveness in public policy and advocacy for the protection of private property rights and issues. Annual dues are assessed for each level of the organization and are billed by your local association of REALTORS®.
National Association of REALTORS®

Local Association of REALTORS®
Local Association of REALTORS® serve as the point of entry to the organization. Each Association is responsible for setting membership dues which is separate from Multiple Listing Service (MLS) fees. Dues are determined based on a variety of tools, programs, and services offered and can vary from association to association.
