Consumer Guide Update: Mortgages and Financing

As previewed last week, NAR is pleased to share its latest consumer guide focused on mortgages and financing. This guide covers how buyers can finance the purchase of a home, highlighting common types of mortgages, information about down payments, and the difference between federal and private loans.

 

As a reminder, the guides in this series are available for download—in both English and Spanish—on facts.realtor.
