NOTICE OF PROPOSED LOUISIANA REALTORS® CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS AMENDMENTS



This serves as notice of proposed amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws of the Louisiana REALTORS® as required by Article 4 of the Constitution and Bylaws of the Louisiana REALTORS®. The proposed changes are only those required to be made to comply with National Association of REALTORS’ mandatory bylaw provisions for state associations.

Article 4, Section 3 of the Constitution and Bylaws of the Louisiana REALTORS® requires all board of directors of Louisiana REALTORS® to be noticed of proposed changes to the Constitution and Bylaws at least ten (10) days prior to the Board of Directors meeting during which the Constitution and Bylaws are sought to be changed. The notice is required to be provided by e-mail to each director and posted on the Louisiana REALTORS® website.
